How do I create a group?
Tap the "+" button on the Dashboard and select "Create Group". Enter a group name and description, then configure your settings. Share the invite code with friends to let them join.
How do I join a group?
Tap the "+" button on the Dashboard and select "Join Group". Enter the invite code shared by a group owner or admin.
How do points work?
Aura Points are earned or lost based on your prediction accuracy. When you make a correct prediction, you gain points. Incorrect predictions may result in losing points. Your total points determine your position on the leaderboard.
Can I change my notification preferences?
Yes! Go to a group, tap the settings icon, then select the "Notifications" tab. You can control which types of notifications you receive for each group.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at auracledotone@gmail.com with your phone number. We will process your request within 30 days.
What happens to my points if I leave a group?
Your points are saved for future payout calculations even after leaving. Group owners can still see your historical performance for payout purposes, but your data will be anonymized if you delete your account.
I'm not receiving notifications. What should I do?
First, check your notification preferences in the Group Settings → Notifications tab. Then verify that notifications are enabled for Auracle in your iPhone Settings → Notifications → Auracle. Make sure "Allow Notifications" is turned on.
Can I change my display name?
Currently, display names can only be set during initial account creation. If you need to change your name, please contact support at auracledotone@gmail.com.
